Personal Qualities
Donald has an excellent working attitude and can work effectively on his own and also successfully as part of a team. With an approachable disposition he finds it easy to communicate with both colleagues and students. A large proportion of Donald’s educational experience has found him working with disadvantaged young people and he has excelled in this area with his natural ability to create a trusting and creative bond. He is passionate in developing new approaches to dance and especially to multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural work. Donald’s communication skills are exemplary and he is self motivated as an individual and finds it easy to create enthusiasm in those around him. Donald is passionate about people and the arts and would be an asset to any project with creative processes.
